Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an allelectric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an allelectric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What Youll Do:
Build and operationalize our Compensation function bridging the gap between strategic vision and tactical . This role will be pivotal in revamping our compensation strategy optimizing data architecture and establishing robust processes to support our growing organization.

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

This position may require exposure to information which is subject to U.S. export control regulations.
