Summary:
We are seeking a handson Quality Manager to oversee the final quality checks of our apartment modules which are fully constructed and finished within our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that each module meets our high standards before it leaves the building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction specifically in performing punchout inspections or final walkthroughs on new home or apartment builds. Experience identifying and resolving quality issues related to finishes fixtures and construction details is essential. This is a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our finished product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quality inspections on completed apartment modules prior to shipment.
- Identify and document defects or incomplete work in finishes fixtures and construction details.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain quality checklists and inspection processes.
- Ensure modules meet both internal quality standards and customer expectations.
- Provide feedback to supervisors and leadership on recurring quality trends.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality control and construction practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential or multifamily construction with a focus on punch lists final walkthroughs or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of construction finishes materials and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a highquality final product.
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams supervisors and leadership.
- Selfmotivated and able to manage priorities in a fastpaced production environment.
