Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead to support critical projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards and processes are met while leading project initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for various projects.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Identify document and track defects and issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA staff.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in QA methodologies and processes.
- Proficient in test case design and execution.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
