What would be your key responsibilities
- You blend and create unique and highquality flavors
- You support the development of creative and innovative new flavor concepts
- You contribute to building a strong food and sweet flavor portfolio for use in fruit preparations syrups and pure flavor solutions
- You support sales and product management by promoting our flavor expertise
- You assist the technical Flavorist team in optimizing and modifying existing formulations
- You produce samples in close collaboration with the application team
- You taste a wide range of finished products and ingredients including meat and allergencontaining items
- You manage interfaces between product development and product management
- You participate in customer presentations alongside our flavorists
- You handle data documentation and flavor database management
- You learn to work with our global systems such as SAP LEAD and CRM
- You follow GMP ISO procedures and adhere to our safety standards
What will make you successful
- You hold a university degree in natural sciences ideally in chemistry food science or a comparable field
- You bring at least 4 years of laboratory experience in the flavor industry or in product development
- You have excellent sensory perception and a creative mindset
- You possess sound knowledge of food and flavor regulations
- You are fluent in both English and German
- You are confident in using standard PC programs
- You show a high level of initiative independence flexibility team orientation and conscientiousness
- You work in an analytical and resultsdriven manner
