RB3 Summary: You will support both consumer and business customers with service and onboarding highlighting operational excellence. Addressing escalated issues and providing solutions for their financial health are key priorities. You will embody the UBank brand by stepping in as needed. Your tasks include transaction handling account opening and assisting complex customers all while offering solutions to improve their financial wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:- Supervision and Support: Overseeing teller operations assisting with complex transactions and training other retail staff.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service answering questions about accounts and directing customers to other bank staff for specialized services.
- Transaction Processing: Processing various banking transactions including deposits withdrawals transfers and cash advances and wires.
- Cash Handling: Maintaining and balancing cash drawers investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate cash counting.
- Security and Compliance: Protecting the bank from fraud and other losses by verifying transactions identifying counterfeit currency and following security protocols.
- Training and Mentoring: Assisting in developing staffs product and procedural knowledge and mentoring other retail staff.
- Accurately filling out tickets to ensure efficiency for customers both internal and external.
- Master opening and closing procedures including dual control.
Specific Tasks: - Processing transactions: Cashing checks receiving and processing deposits and withdrawals making transfers and assisting with other tellerrelated tasks.
- Opening and closing accounts: Processing account openings and closures as well as changes of address for both consumer and business accounts.
- Balancing cash drawers: Ensuring accuracy and completeness of cash on hand.
- Maintaining security: Protecting the bank against fraud and other losses.
- Training and mentoring: Guiding and advising less experienced tellers.
- Brand: Maintain the UBank branch in the branch.
- Work technical exceptions.
Additional Responsibilities:- Managing teller schedules: Setting work schedules and assigning tasks to other tellers.
- Providing access to vaults: Supervising access to bank vaults.
- Maintaining ATM machines: Ensuring the proper functioning of ATM machines.
- Reporting to bank officials: Reporting on teller operations and any discrepancies.
- Motivating other tellers: Inspiring and motivating other tellers to provide excellent customer service.
- Community: Encourage community involvement among retail team.
