We partner with developers property operators and investors to curate a collection of apartmentlike spaces in handpicked neighborhoods. Our property team members help our buildings thrive by focusing on and ensuring a great experience for both residents and guests. We believe collaboration is key so our remotefirst teams and property leaders have biannual inperson gettogethers at various locations across the US.

The Impact Youll Have
The Director Real Estate Platform Partnerships(REPP) will be responsible for sourcing and closing thirdparty managed real estate inventory including full and partial building management of existing assets as well as groundup developments. This person will spend a large portion of their time networking to develop new relationships in their region that will allow them to find new deals. They will be an integral part of accelerating our growth and will utilize their previous expertise in hospitality/multifamily real estate to expand the Placemakr portfolio. The Director REPP will report to and work closely with the Vice President of Real Estate Partnerships.
This is a remote position with travel. The candidate must be located in the greater Miami/South Florida region.
