Essential Job Functions
Directs staff in expediting export correspondence bid requests and credit collections.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
Arranges shipping details such as export licenses customs declarations and packing and routing product
Expedites importexport arrangements and maintains current information on import export tariffs licenses and restrictions
Effectively manages difficult client situations
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
Position may require extended periods of sitting computer use standing and walking.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED
4 or more years industry related experience
2 years supervisory experience
Certification & Licenses
