Job Description Summary

The Uptower Repair Project Manager will be responsible for project management planning and coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial and commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning and . The role has some autonomy but is focused on of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

This individual must sit in either Schenectady NY or Texas to effectively collaborate with the team and support projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • All activities related to the supervision organization and of a service project including scope time contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.
  • Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Developing indepth knowledge of a technical discipline.
  • Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • Indepth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • Indepth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
  • Uses prior experience and onthejob training to solve straightforward tasks.
  • Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
  • May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • Provides informal guidance to new team members

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in operations project management sourcing logistics or similar experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Services & Services Project Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years operations project management sourcing logistics or similar experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25 of the time

The base pay range for this position is $78800...00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10. This posting is expected to close no earlier than April 14 2025.
