Job Description:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management
- PM should be Business PM (Not IS&T)
- Must have Contact Center domain knowledge (This is a must-have for Business )
- Itll be good if they have done any migration projects from On-premises to Cloud solutions
- Must have managed cross-functional projects independently
- Must have great written & verbal communication
- Must have hands-on experience with at least one project management tool like Wrike MPP or Teams etc.
