Understanding the role:

Business Analyst (BA): As a BA youd be responsible for investigating and analysing business needs identifying improvement opportunities defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BAs take a holistic approach considering people processes technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.
