Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support three clients in their own home.
The position will have the following roster:
Hours: 90 hours per month (Active nightshifts)
Type: Fixed Term Contract 21st July to 9th October 2025
Week 1: Thurs: 6 am 3 pm Fri: 6 pm 10 pm SO Sat: 6 pm 9 pm Sun: 6 pm 9 pm Mon: 7 am 12:30 pm Wed: 7 am 10 am
Week 2: Fri: 2 pm 10 pm SO Mon: 6 pm 9 pm Tues: 6 am 12:30 pm
Week 3: Thurs: 6 am 3 pm Fri: 6 pm 10 pm SO Sat: 6 pm 9 pm Sun: 6 pm 9 pm Mon: 7 am 12:30 pm Wed: 7 am 10 am
Week 4: Fri: 2 pm 10 pm SO Mon: 6 pm 9 pm Tues: 6 am 12:30 pm
Desired Attributes

The successful candidate must have:
- A current provisional or full Australian drivers licence
- WWVP card with NDIS activities
- Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
- Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completionhttps:// begin the application process:
