About the Team
Were looking for someone to join our high performingAudio Operations team in Melbourne. This team is responsible for building and improving the systems and workflows that support the production distribution and commercialisation of digital audio content across LiSTNR. Its a collaborative environment with a strong focus on efficiency quality and supporting content teams across the business.
A day in the life
As an Operations Executive at LiSTNR youll be handson across podcasts radio streaming and live sportshelping manage the systems and workflows that bring our audio content to life. Your day could involve updating content in Smartsheets supporting live streams or working with the team to ensure smooth distribution across platforms. Youll collaborate closely with Ops Managers contribute to reporting and grow your knowledge across tech editorial and distribution. Its a fastpaced teamfocused role where no two days are the same.
What Youll Need
- High level of attention to detail and effective communications skills
- The ability to communicate and engage effectively and professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with the ability to proactively anticipate roadblocks and solutions negotiating a win/win solution.
- Willingness and ability to learn new business software applications.
- Knowledge and passion for the digital audio/podcast industry.
