Your responsibilities
Operational Leadership and amp; Project
- You will own the successful of multiple projects across the technical operations portfolio.
- You will serve as the escalation point for operational challenges and clientfacing issues.
- You will support sales and solutions teams by evaluating project feasibility and pricing inputs.
- You will design and implement workflows that improve productivity quality and costefficiency.
- You will lead workforce planning shift scheduling and resource allocation to meet project needs.
- You will report workforce capability and skill gaps to HR to support hiring and training decisions.
Workforce and amp; Training Development
- You will oversee training programs and ensure new hires are onboarded effectively and efficiently.
- You will collaborate with L and amp;D teams to deliver rolespecific needsbased upskilling programs.
- You will develop a career progression framework that supports remotetofulltime employee transitions.
- You will manage performance review systems feedback loops and disciplinary structures.
Process Optimization and amp; Automation
- You will drive automation initiatives identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve workflows.
- You will integrate AIassisted annotation tools and optimize infrastructure for workforce performance.
- You will build and maintain operational risk mitigation strategies based on industry best practices.
- You will ensure the technical infrastructure (hardware software bandwidth) supports operational scale.
Analytics Reporting and amp; Executive Collaboration
- You will lead the analytics function for operations tracking KPIs SLAs quality scores and productivity.
- You will present monthly and quarterly performance insights to the executive team.
- You will lead continuous improvement projects using data to refine strategies and boost team effectiveness.
To be considered you should have
- 5 years of experience in technical operations workforce planning or process optimization.
- Proven track record in managing remote or hybrid teams ideally in highgrowth environments.
- Strong understanding of AI data labeling annotation platforms and quality assurance.
- Experience with workflow automation operational tooling and process standardization.
- Datadriven mindset with proficiency in analytics KPI tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills with a knack for employee development.
- Familiarity with scaling teams and systems across multiple projects or global geographies.
