Off the back of our success weve raised funds with world class venture capital and are in a period of extraordinary growth. Were looking for an Operations CoOrdinator to join our growing team this role reports into the Logistics Manager.
Tasks
Product SKU Management:
- Working with the Buying & Merchandising team to support with setting up SKUs in Zedonk
- Creation of Barcodes and price labels
Wholesale Operations
Liaise with warehouse to provide Wholesale orders for picking and despatch
Working closely with the Senior Wholesale Executive you will be responsible for booking Wholesale deliveries with our partners using their portals and nominated carriers
Collating and sharing wholesale partner specific order requirements (Country of Origin HTS code EAN code MID)
Feedback any picking discrepancies and packing requirements to the Wholesale team for escalation to partners
Invoicing for Wholesale
D2C Operations:
Liaison with 3PL warehouse and carriers to ensure order queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Support the Logistics manager with forecasting of order quantities for new launches
Systems and processes:
- Working closely with the Logistics Manager you will support with improving processes and reporting to aid in improving the customer journey and provide datadriven insight for the wider business.
- Continually look for ways processes can be improved and put forward implementation suggestions for any changes to the Logistics Manager.
- Provide assistance to the Logistics Manager with Inbound deliveries (Quotes Booking compliance) overseeing inventory and taking leadership on queries impacting orders and stock concerns
- Support Logistics Manager analysing shipping invoices and report errors.
- In the absence of the Logistics Manager become the lead for weekly and monthly reporting and regular duties to ensure smooth coverage for the running of the Operations department

Skills & Experience:
- Ability to problem solve and think quickly and creatively to find solutions for our customers
- High levels of computer literacy with confidence to implement systems changes/updates when needed.
- Experience working with Zedonk and Shopify an advantage
- Keen eye for detail.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- A passion for disruptive products and in earlystage startups apps an advantage.
