The Opportunity
Reporting into the Chief Governance & Engagement Officer the People & Culture (P&C) Manager will help shape and execute our people strategy elevate employee experience and strengthen our valuesled culture.
Were looking for a dynamic and experienced P&C leader who thrives on the opportunity to have a direct impact; designing forwardthinking people programs embedding a highperformance mindset and building leadership and organisational capability across the business.
This role requires someone who brings both strategic thinking and a handson approach. Youll not only help shape the direction but also actively lead the delivery of people and culture initiatives. In a lean and collaborative team like ours being a doer is just as important as being a thinker and strategiser.

Key Responsibilities
- People Strategy: Partner with the People Operations & Talent Manager to codesign and execute a valuesled futurefocused people strategy aligned to Tiimelys business priorities and ensuring a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a valuesdriven highperformance culture through meaningful engagement rhythms recognition programs and feedback loops that amplify employee voice and experience.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead and coordinate workforce planning and capability initiatives that ensure we have the right skills structures and flexibility to scale. Youll support succession planning and capability assessments to shape Tiimelys workforce of the future.
- Performance & Capability: Embed performance development practices that lift accountability growth and impactincluding quarterly checkins annual reviews career frameworks and providing coaching to support leaders.
- Learning & Development: Help design and deliver contemporary L&D strategies and leadership programs to close skill gaps grow internal capability and build highperforming teams.
- People Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to people leaders across the full employee lifecycle offering guidance on engagement performance team design and employee transitions.
- Remuneration Benefits & EVP: Under the guidance of the Chief Governance & Engagement Officer cooordinate annual remuneration reviews and benchmarking ensuring equitable pay practices. Enhance benefit offerings and contribute to initiatives aligned with Tiimelys B Corp accreditation and competitive EVP.
- Policy Compliance & Employee Relations: Lead policy development support compliant people practices and provide sound advice on ER matters including performance management grievances and investigations. Ensure we meet our obligations under WHS WGEA award compliance and other legislative and reporting frameworks.
- WHS Leadership: Oversee and continuously improve Tiimelys WHS approach partnering with leaders to create a safe proactive culture across hybrid and remote work settings.
Who Were Looking For
Youre a seasoned People & Culture professional with broad generalist experience and a passion for building highimpact humancentred people practices in scaling environments. A love of technology as an enabler will be a bonus and align well with our organisations mission and work priorities.
You bring strategic insight but thrive on executioncomfortable zooming out to design longterm people strategies then rolling up your sleeves to bring them to life.
You also bring:
- Proven experience in senior P&C roles ideally within tech fintech or highgrowth businesses.
- Deep capability across the employee lifecycle including performance engagement capability development and ER.
- A strong track record of designing and delivering people initiatives that drive engagement growth and high performance.
- Excellent facilitation and cocreation skillsable to bring people together and shape programs that resonate across levels.
- A change / agile mindset and the ability to guide leaders through growth transformation and evolving workforce needs.
- Techforward thinking with strong proficiency in HR platforms and datadriven people practices.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks including WHS ER and regulatory reporting (e.g. WGEA) and experience managing risk in people operations.
- Experience designing remuneration and benefits frameworks and managing endtoend remuneration review processes with a focus on fairness benchmarking and strategic alignment.
