Erie Family Health Centers a nationally recognized top workplace with 13 sites in Chicago and suburbs is looking for a valuable addition to our Patient Access Operations team! The Clinical Staffing Analyst is responsible for creating Eries provider schedules and ensuring provider hours worked have been met monthly. This role closely monitors provider capacity and timeoff requests to ensure there is enough patient access to meet patient demand for over 366000 visits annually. This role creates monthly provider hours reports for continuous improvement of workforce planning. The Clinical Staffing Analyst understands the inpatient and outpatient provider expectations room capacity analysis and is knowledgeable in workforce management.

Compensation is based on each candidates experience skills and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.
