Job Description
Commissionaires BC is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team working with the City of Kelowna on a temporary fulltime basis (approximately 3 months)!
As a Security Supervisor with Commissionaires BC in Kelowna you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of City of Kelowna properties facilities and assets. This role involves patrolling assigned areas monitoring security systems and responding to incidents to ensure a safe environment for employees visitors and the public.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 9:00AM 5:00PM
Payrate: $28.50
Must Haves
- Must have 12 years experience in a supervisors role
- Valid Security License and AST Certificate
- Experience in scheduling
- Crisis intervention and management skills
- Ability to think quickly and multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Physically fit able to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
