Job Description
NiX is looking for Senior UX Researcher (with German) to join our clients team.
About the project:
Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Strong UX Researcher you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Requirements:
- Education or experience in psychology social sciences media sciences communication sciences business or a comparable subject
- Significant workexperience in user experienceand marketresearch
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experienceconnectingvisualizingand presentingresearch results for stakeholders at all management levels
- Experience in the planning and of workshops with stakeholders including hypothesis conception design thinking and insights
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ukrainian language advanced or higher
- Fluent German is required
Responsibilities:
- Parttime 50 engagement for couple months
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research taking responsibility for research concepts questionnaire / guideline development and the of qualitative interviews via telephone usability tests as well as online surveys
- Connectvisualizeand presentresearch results to stakeholders at various management levels
- Embrace experimentation with new tools processes and techniques for continuous personal and departmental work improvement
- Employ heuristics voice of customer experience mapping affinity diagrams statistical analysis and other methods to triangulate users; pain points and derive actionable recommendations
- Deliver research insights that will guide our new product and business model decisions in the B2B and B2C context
