Now Hiring: Experienced Automotive Sales Manager
Location:Pettus Automotive Group (Multiple Dealership Locations Across southeastern Missouri)
Employment Type:FullTime Salary Bonus Structure
Pettus Automotive Group one of the fastestgrowing dealership groups in Missouri is seeking a motivated and experiencedSales Managerto join our team. If youre a strong leader with a track record of success in automotive sales we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
Lead coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
Assist with desking deals and managing the customer buying process
Monitor and manage inventory merchandising and lot performance
Create a positive and professional culture rooted in customer satisfaction
Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless transitions
Provide ongoing training and development for new and existing team members
What Were Looking For:
2 years of automotive sales management experience
Proven leadership skills and a passion for team success
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
Experience with CRM tools and desking software (e.g. VINSolutions Vauto Autosoft)
Ability to adapt and succeed in a fastpaced environment
CDJR or Ford experience a plus but not required
