POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator serves as the key support for the department of OBGYN including but not limited to: drafting correspondence managing organizational contracts coordinating the schedule of providers collecting and disseminating quality and operational data scheduling meetings following up on meetinggenerated tasks preparing documents reports and presentation slides processes travel reimbursements. Works autonomously sets priorities and makes independent decisions of a complex nature. Supports quality improvement initiatives across the department of OBGYN.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in related field is required or a combination of additional experience and training will be considered
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Requires strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsWord Access Excel PowerPoint; Email. Web/Internet. Ability and willingness to become proficient with EPIC and other applications.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated; excellent problemsolving skills; takes initiative to anticipates problems; seeks solutions proactively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients.
