- Provide daytoday customer service and sales at ALs Retail Space.
- Adapt to a wide range of issues with ease.
- Interact and provide quality knowledgeable support to customers players winners and the public.
- Maintain corporate image and integrity while ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Demonstrate accuracy when balancing cash and managing ticket inventory.
- Learn about all lottery products and services to provide the best possible customer experience.
What youll need
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- PostSecondary School (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly beneficial.
- Experience in handling cash and balancing transactions.
- Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
Professional Skills:
- Adaptability: Adaptable individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide knowledgeable support.
- Attention to Detail: Professionals who can handle cash and inventory accurately.
- Confidentiality: Always maintains confidentiality of information.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems and basic MS Office computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicators who can engage with customers players winners and the public.
Assets:
- Experience in lottery and/or gaming industry.

Salary: $22/HR
Work Location: In Office from our Moncton NB regional office.
