CNO Developer - Network Devices - 5-20 yrs of Experience - TS/SCI w/Poly Required
Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a CNO Developer with network device experience. We are looking for a SAS member for the Network Device team to support development of new and existing capabilities.

Salary Range
The projected compensation range for this position is:
5 yrs of experience - 186K to 223K (annualized USD)
10 yrs of experience - 205K to 246K (annualized USD)
15 yrs of experience - 254K to 305K (annualized USD)
Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individual s particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Requirements
Strong reverse engineering skills
Strong Unix development in C
3 years of experience doing CNO Development on Network Devices
Desired Skills
In-depth understanding of network protocols
Experience with network device appliances (routers switches firewalls)
Experience working in a Real Time Operating System environment
Qualifications
Level 2 - Mid-Level -5 Yrs of Experience
- Five (5) years experience as a CNO Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
- A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Ten (10) years of additional CNO Developer experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
Level 3 - Senior Level - 10 Yrs of Experience
- Ten (10) years experience as a CNO Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
- A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Fifteen (15) years of additional CNO Developer experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
Level 4 - SME Level - 15 Yrs of Experience
- Fifteen (15) years experience as a CNO Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
- A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Twenty (20) years of additional CNO Developer experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
