Position Overview: Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and servicedriven Food & Beverage Manager to lead all frontofhouse operations across our food and beverage. This includes breakfast service Bar 600 evening small plates and hightouch catering functions.

As a leader in our hospitality team you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure continuity and excellence across all guest touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead frontofhouse and culinary team members to deliver outstanding personalized service and experience.
  • Manage daytoday operations across all F&B areas ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards in food quality presentation cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure full compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Drive revenue through strategic upselling and guest engagement
  • Recruit train mentor and schedule frontofhouse staff
  • Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership on special events and catering
  • Monitor and manage budgets labor costs and inventory to achieve profitability goals
  • Actively seek opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage experience in a highend environment.
  • Culinary experience creating and leading kitchen staff required.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant operations software
  • Knowledge of cash handling and credit card transaction procedures
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a guestfirst mindset
  • Current Food Handlers Card Alcohol Server Permit or ServeSafe Certification
