Job Description

Responsibilities

Setup sustain and manage the Africa P2P business P2p local operations product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
Collect local users communities feedbacks and competitors insights to optimize our service offering
Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners blockchain/crypto communities associations to expand P2P awareness in AFRICA market
Exploring more P2P related partnership
Design and implement go to market strategies to boost P2P volume growth facilitate content building and promotion strategies
Maintain strong relationships with regulators banks and payment partners
Maintain uptodate knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice

Requirements

5 years of proven success in a similar role within BD or Business Growth role at blockchain/crypto company financial institution or bank AFRICA
Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in AFRICA
Bilingual English & NigerCongo is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
