Description of the role:
Genesis of Milford is seeking an experienced High Line General Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales and management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure a positive experience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of high line automotive brands preferred
