Job Description

- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Minimum of two 2 years experience in maintenance or suitable experience in residential repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients vendors and staff
- Afterhours calls and site visits as necessary
- Must be able to pass a background check
