Job Title: Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Tulsa Oklahoma
Pay: $15/hour
Shift: TuesdayFriday 1:00 PM 9:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance professional to support facilities in the Tulsa area. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent work schedule and the chance to join a reliable team dedicated to cleanliness functionality and safety. If youre experienced in janitorial services and light facility maintenance this Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance team member you will be responsible for:
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms classrooms offices and shared spaces
Sweeping mopping vacuuming and polishing floors; carpet cleaning as needed
Washing windows walls and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness
Emptying trash and ensuring proper waste disposal
Restocking supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
Performing minor repairs including basic plumbing electrical and carpentry tasks
Replacing light bulbs unclogging drains and repairing leaky faucets
Conducting routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
Setting up and tearing down equipment (tables chairs etc.) for events
Preparing and cleaning facilities before and after scheduled activities
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial maintenance
Familiarity with cleaning techniques and basic maintenance procedures
Ability to operate equipment such as vacuums buffers and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Physical ability to lift bend and stand for long periods
Must pass a drug screen and background check
