Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate NOC Monitoring
You will work closely with customer and vendors to fine tune performance give suggestions on improving the Infra & Network stability and performances reduce the outages etc.
Responsibilities
Relevant experience in Network Monitoring & basic administration
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues
Hands on Experience on Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds etc..
Knowledge on VPN tunnel setup configurations on Palo Alto and Azure firewalls.
Knowledge on SD WAN implementation and MPLS Internet circuit deployment.
BGP metrics and on which layer it works
Hands on experience on Azure Load balancer and split tunnel VPN setup
Basic Configuration of DHCP NAT policies in firewalls.
Knowledge on configuring Stack switches
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Perform Network health checkups such as utilizations
keep the network inventory to the latest
Create architecture diagrams documents and standard operating procedures
Maintain and frontend disaster recovery drills backup and restore procedures

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required.
Preferred qualifications:
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. Indepth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability interpersonal efficiency and positive attitude
