Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings.
Order sample materials and manage inventory tracking.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
Conduct research on various topics as needed.
Book travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
Create and manage PDFs and other documents.
Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
Make restaurant reservations and handle other booking needs.
Track down contacts and manage communication lists.
Keep calendars up to date and send reminders.
Draft emails for review and approval.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
