We are seeking an efficient and proactive Office Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks managing communication and providing timely support to the internal team. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Manage daytoday administrative tasks including documentation filing and scheduling.
Draft review and proofread letters reports and other correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails calls courier).
Maintain and update office records contact lists and databases.
Coordinate and support team meetings followup actions and report submissions.
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
Provide support in organizing company events interviews and meetings.
Assist team leaders with basic HR coordination and recruitment documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred in Business Administration or related fields)
Basic understanding of office procedures and protocols
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and team coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Good typing speed and document formatting skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently
Good organizational and timemanagement skills
Friendly professional and presentable demeanor
