Ensure that the guests arriving and leaving the hotel are warmly greeted and farewell.
Offer assistance to the guest for delivery of luggage during arrival and departure at the lobby.
Greet all guests passing by the front door.
Open the door for the guests and always smile maintaining a positive attitude at the entrance.
Assist chief concierge when required.
Qualifications :
Hospitality management related studies.
Previous front office internship experience preferable ability to demonstrate passion for excellence.
Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
Attention to detail and quality guest oriented mindset.
