Responsible to oversee and manage the hotel training program.
Conduct training needs analysis annually and budget.
Deliver SOFITEL brand leadership soft skills hotel standards training to the employees.
Report on the training delivery and learning program implemented.
Establish relationship with local & international schools/NGOs.
Organize employee relations program: annual party town hall sport activities open table discussion etc.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in human resource management education or similar field.
A minimum of 3 years related experiences in adult learning.
Significant understanding of adult learning principles.
Knowledge of utilizing elearning platforms and practices.
Good presentation skills.
Strong communication skills in English speaking Mandarin is a plus.
Professional Trainer certification is required.
