Job Description

**$500 sign on bonus $250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days) **
Position: Payroll and Accounting Specialist
Location: Springfield MA
Rate of Pay: $22.00 Per hour
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00am4:30pm
Summary:
- The Payroll & Accounting Specialist is the primary person responsible for the organizations payroll functions ensuring all employees and members are paid on time accurately and in compliance with multistate and federal regulations. Duties include accurate and timely reporting billing payment reconciliation posting of all payroll and benefit related items
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or HiSET
- Must have a valid license and a reliable vehicle
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized detailoriented and have solid time management skills.
