We are growing our Consumer Goods practice! We have clients in the retail fashion and consumer goods sector currently looking for a Fullcycle Recruiters with industry experience and knowledge.
One of our clients is in the fashion retail space and is in need of a recruiter with previous experience working for a fashion company. This role is contract (three months but could go longer) and remote. Responsibilities include:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the fashion industry roles may include merchant & corporate roles
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards social media and professional networks
- Maintain an uptodate database of candidates and recruitment activities
- Serve as a talent partner to hiring managers and the HR team
Qualifications :
- Previous experience recruiting for a fashion retail company
- Located in the EST time zone (required)
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in retail recruitment preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends
