Job Description
Position: Hotel Host Date: March 2024
Reports to: F& B Manager
About the Hotel Host position
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Host to join our company. You will be stationed at the main entrance desk and will handle customer enquiries. You will have a charismatic character towards our guests.
Hotel Host responsibilities are:
Greeting customers upon entering
Assisting customers with queries/complaints
Making relevant suggestions
Answering phone calls and making reservations
Hotel Host requirements are:
Experience as a Hotel Host
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Familiar with MS Office softwares
Effective communication skills
- High school diploma or BA/BSc in Hospitality Business or a related field is a plus
- Physical Demands
- Some lifting may be required. This position may require 75 or more of time on their feet.
