Job Description

The Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in cultivating a highperformance serviceoriented culture in alignment with the hotels Premium brand standards. Responsible for leading all aspects of the T&C function this role oversees recruitment training employee engagement labor relations and compliance with local labor laws. The T&C Director works closely with hotel leadership to ensure that team members are motivated welltrained and aligned with the hotels vision of delivering worldclass guest experiences.


Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 6 years HR experience in hospitality with at least 3 years in a leadership position at a 4 or 5star hotel.

Indepth knowledge of Indonesian labor law BPJS and T&C practices within the hotel industry.

Experience in managing multicultural teams in a fastpaced luxury hospitality environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
