Description
Bestica is seeking Virtual Health Advisor Lead to provide services in support of The Defense Health Agencys (DHA) Virtual Medical Center in Europe (VMCE). Located at Landstuhl Medical Regional Center (LRMC) facility/building in Landstuhl Germany.
Objective: The scope of this contract is to implement virtual scheduling systems as directed by DHA and provide comprehensive training to each end user. Provide site assessments on virtual requirements to include connectivity and equipment etc. The VMCE end state will be to sustain current capabilities and increase global footprint to facilitate and leverage Defense Health RegionEuropes (DHRE) Medical Center and Treatment Facility Specialty Services throughout the DHRE other DHA Markets and the Combatant Commands within VMCEs Area of Responsibility

Fulltime:
Hospitals and Medical Centers provide services 24 hours a day 365 days a year 366 days during leap years) including holidays. Clinics have designated operating hours established by the local MTF and clinic policies and may vary by location (typicallyhowever hours may be modified during surge activities. Required services may be scheduled between the hours ofCentral Europe time Monday through Friday. Workdays will generally consist of eight 8 hour days. Services are generally required five 5 days each week (Monday through Friday) excluding U.S. Federal holidays.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Four 4 year bachelors degree or eight 8 years of experience as detailed
- Experience: Six 6 years experience in a clinical and military health care environment; must have 5 years prior military service (AD/ANG/AFR) in healthcare environment and been deployed to an austere environment (role 1 or 2. Preferred at least one 1 years experience with asynchronous and synchronous digital health care delivery not limited to telebehavioral health; At least two 2 years handson experience working within austere health environments (Role 12 or equivalent); Video Teleconferencing Literacy preferred. Computer literacy in Windows MS Outlook MS Outlook Calendar Excel and PowerPoint. Prior team management or leadership experience preferred.
