About the Sales Trainer
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer to support our Clients program empowering users to maximize their effectiveness with this leading SaaS platform. You will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and informative training sessions fostering a deep understanding of the clients features and best practices. Location: Hybrid Salt Lake City UT
What Will You Do
Design and deliver engaging training sessions (inperson virtual and recorded) on Clients features functionalities and best practices.
Develop and update training materials including presentations guides and tutorials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training content to specific audience requirements.
Facilitate interactive learning experiences including workshops Q&A sessions and handson exercises to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Provide ongoing support to users addressing their questions and challenges related to the client.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve program outcomes.
Work closely with the sales marketing and support teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and training delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of the clients platform and stay uptodate on new features and industry trends.
What Will You Need to Succeed
3 year of experience in training or education preferably in a tech or software environment.
Strong knowledge of Client or similar email marketing platforms.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to create clear and concise training materials.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and training methodologies.
Ability to learn quickly and retain technical information.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
