Job Description
Location: Albuquerque NM (onsite)
PartTime or FullTime (flexible): 2540 hours/week Monday Friday
Pay: $18 $22/hour (based on experience)

Were looking for a detailoriented dependable and servicedriven Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team. This role is essential to Dions behindthescenes operations verifying invoices tracking expenses assisting with reconciliations and building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. What youll do:
- Receive verify and process accounts payable invoices
- Enter and code invoice data accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile invoices to vendor statements
- Track and assist with corporate credit card approvals and expense management
- Support vendor communications and follow up on missing documentation
- Assist with weekly filing daily reconciliations and periodend processes
- Maintain and update accounting spreadsheets and reports for internal teams
What youll need:
We dont have a formal degree requirement and we are looking for someone who has some accounting knowledge or experience whether through school or previous work.

- Demonstrate integrity in every task
- Have strong attention to detail and enjoy getting the details right
- Are reliable organized and able to meet deadlines
- Are committed to great service both to our restaurant teams and our external partners
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with vendors and coworkers
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
