Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the first point of contact for potential clients playing a critical role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads. Focused on the U.S. market this role demands exceptional communication skills persistence and a resultsdriven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the companys BPO and IT consulting business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach via calls emails and social media to identify and engage potential clients. (SQL & MQL)
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential.
- Lead Qualification: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure highquality targeting and alignment with business priorities. Utilize criteria such as BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline) to qualify leads and transfer them to Senior Sales Executives.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings product demos or calls with qualified prospects.
- Market Research: Identify and research key decisionmakers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including outreach activities and meetings booked.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the companys offerings the U.S. market and emerging trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum undergraduate in IT Business Marketing or a related field shall be preferred.
- 2 years of experience in lead generation lead qualification specifically within the BPO Software Development or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO and IT services offerings market dynamics and client needs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking and market analysis.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed salesrelated KPIs in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage. (Salesforce Hubsoft & Microsoft Dynamics)
