We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving production targets efficiently and maintaining highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure efficient and highquality production output in line with organizational targets.
Lead guide and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals.
Implement and adapt to new systems and technologies for continuous improvement.
Operate and manage 24/7 production activities ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for process optimization.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance Quality Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare production reports and maintain documentation as required.
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
Proficient in English both written and verbal.
Technically sound with good knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience
. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
810 years of handson experience in manufacturing industries preferably in Cement Fertilizer or Paper and Board sectors.
Proven expertise in managing continuous production environments 24/7 operations).
