Job Title: Conversion Team Leaders
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Conversion Team Leader to manage our team of Retention Agents specifically targeting French and Spanishspeaking candidates. This position involves enhancing team performance developing skills and achieving our conversion and retention objectives in a fastpaced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and coach a team of Conversion Agents to ensure top performance and remarkable customer satisfaction.
Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving client conversion rates and retention.
Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze data to uncover trends areas for growth and actionable insights.
Hold regular oneonone meetings and performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and effectively resolve any arising issues.
Design and implement training programs to equip agents with essential skills and knowledge for success.
Cultivate a positive team culture that emphasizes motivation responsibility and achieving highperformance standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our conversion and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
Fluency in French Spanish any other languages is an advantage.
Previous experience in a leadership role or similar position in sales or customer service.
Strong grasp of conversion and retention methodologies.
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven expertise in data analysis KPI tracking and strategy implementation for improvement.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A passion for assisting others and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
