Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of professionals in our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly meeting performance targets and fostering a culture of motivation and accountability. This role is crucial to driving team performance and contributing to company success.
Responsibilities
Supervise support and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals
Monitor daily operations and ensure high-quality output
Provide training feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations
Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for team growth and process improvement
Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving within the team

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role (minimum 2 years)

High level of professionalism and decision-making ability

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred
