Job Summary
As an HRIS Coordinator you will be an integral part of our vibrant and dynamic Human Resources team. This role is crucial in supporting the daytoday operations maintenance and assisting the HRIS Administrator with optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. You will collaborate closely with the HRIS Administrator broader HR team and Payroll team to ensure our systems meet organizational needs and deliver a positive user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations helping us maintain data integrity and streamline processes. By generating insightful reports and troubleshooting system issues you will play a key role in enhancing our HR capabilities and supporting our strategic goals. In this role you will ensure seamless data flow and alignment of processes providing topnotch support to endusers and contributing to a culture of excellence. Your dedication to maintaining accurate employee records and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes will help us deliver exceptional service to our employees and stakeholders
Essential Accountabilities
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE OF:
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes especially in a multilocation hourly workforce environment.
Detailoriented with a commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills; able to support nontechnical users in the field.
Solid understanding data management best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and experience working with large data sets.
PREFERRED:
Experience with system implementation maintenance or optimization projects in UKG.
Familiarity with UKG and WFM reporting tools (People Analytics Business Intelligence etc..
Knowledge of payroll interfaces and integrations.
Experience in a multilocation or multistate organization.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of experience working with UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions with handson experience in WFM modules (Timekeeping Advance Scheduling Accruals etc..
