Job Description
In this role youll treat all assigned patients and execute treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care. Youll serve as an educator for patients families students coworkers and contribute to your own professional advancement. Additionally youll perform other professional duties related to patient care development of therapy program services and engagement in the growth of interdisciplinary teams.

Weekend requirement: There will be weekend rotation. About 1x every 68 weeks.
Location: Altamont IL and Effingham IL (At workman Sports Complex)

Education Qualifications
- Graduate (e.g. Associate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).

Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.

Pay Range:
$24.31 $36.47A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
