In this role you will:

Provide detailed analytical support and consultation to the Global Compensation team as part of a Center of Excellence (COE). The incumbent will perform analysis and system administration related to our compensation programs global compensation surveys data analysis reporting and systems management. As a collaborative team player this incumbent will support analysis to drive insights to ensure KC attracts retains and rewards our talent in line with our Compensation Philosophy. The person in this role understand the art and science of compensation relying heavily on data and logic while considering context and contingencies. This role will receive general instruction and guidance while using independent discretion to resolve a variety of issues.

In one of our Compensation Enablement roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide analytical services for various global compensation programs and projects to ensure their objectives are carried out in an effective and timely manner. This will include data management audits reporting and interaction with global compensation team members and HR. Provide ad hoc as well as selfdirected reports and analysis to identify trends opportunities issues etc.

  • Support monthly and annual updates to KCs market pricing system (MarketPay) as well as annual maintenance and audit of job data.

  • Contribute to the administration of the annual merit and incentive compensation planning in Workday to ensure accurate planning and pay calculation for payroll processing.

  • Prepare company data for submissions to compensation surveys conducted by outside companies and organization.

  • Manage compensationrelated content updates for KCs employee portal.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed in a timely manner.

  • Participate on process improvement activities associated with leveraging data and technology.

  • Other projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Education required:Bachelors degree in HR Business Finance Economics or a related field

Experience:

  • 3 years of compensation analysis experience or related experience

  • Demonstrated analytical and PC skills in performance of complex analysis and modeling

  • Knowledge & experience with Workday preferred.

Critical Skills/Qualifications

  • A high degree of accuracy confidentiality and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned projects.

  • Must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple systems including Workday and Market Pay

  • Excellent Excel skills are necessary

  • Excellent communication skills are necessary including with global teams

  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
