Job Description

ENL Purchasing Department

Exempt

Compensation range:

$48.07 $64.89

Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience

Shift: Exempt Days
Shift length: Exempt 8Hours
Days off: Exempt Saturday & Sunday
Hours per pay period: 80

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Chief Procurement Officer the Clinical Resource Manager (CRM) is responsible for working with supply chain staff medical staff clinicians and other medical center leadership and staff as appropriate to identify analyze facilitate research evaluate implement and validate the outcomes of nonsalary expense reduction and cost management initiatives throughout the organization. The CRM leads the health system value analysis program and processes. The CRM is responsible to attend and facilitate work teams to ensure adherence to program guidelines methodology and reporting standards.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

  • Oneyear previous clinical experience.
  • Oneyear previous work experience with medical staff/physicians.

Desired:

  • Previous work experience facilitating/coordinating work teams.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Desired:

  • RN or other licensed healthcare professional

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Must have excellent people skills to establish and maintain a high degree of rapport and interact professionally with physicians leadership and coworkers. Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data and formulate it as relevant for evaluation and work team review. Must have strong computer skills and experience with spreadsheet word processing and data base applications. Must be able to follow instructions work quickly and accurately in a demanding environment. Must be able to work independently. Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to take and transcribe minutes for steering committee and work groups as needed. Organizational and multitasking skills are essential. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical/surgical procedures required.
