Exciting opening for a Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization
Develops data models for analysis
Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership
Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership
Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO if needed
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies:
Interfaces: DNI (HC HRM DEl) NARSIL Task 4 7 and DEIA Lead
Processes/Activities: Manage HR data conduct analysis
Tools: MS Office ETK EEO COTS Data tools Tableau SQL
Basic Qualifications:
48 years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or 26 years with a M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
