We are currently recruiting
2 Childrens Homes Assistant Managersto work within our expanding Childrens Residential network across the whole of Lancashire atLancashire County Council.

Creative & Innovative For some posts the staff team will be a brandnew so youll have the opportunity to shape and define the culture from the start encouraging those in your team to think outside the box when it comes to connecting and supporting children and young people who will potentially have personal challenges to overcome. Youll also find creative solutions to your own leadership challenges working closely with social work teams and professionals from health education police and the community.
Inspirational & Supportive Leadership Theres no doubt that this is an emotionally difficult and challenging role so youll be personally resilient and appreciate the impact that those challenges can have upon your team empowering them on a regular basis and providing additional support where required.
