Sprinto is looking for a strategic and storytellingdriven Head of Product Marketing to craft compelling positioning drive gotomarket success and shape how the industry perceives compliance automation. Some key responsibilities of the role:
GotoMarket Strategy: Define and execute winning gotomarket (GTM) strategies for Sprintos platform and new product offerings ensuring impactful launches that accelerate adoption and revenue.
Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear compelling and differentiated messaging that resonates with multiple buyer personas from CISOs to startup founders turning complex information into engaging narratives.
Sales Enablement: Build highimpact sales assetsdecks battle cards case studies competitive intelligence and pitch narrativesthat empower our revenue teams to win more deals.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Own deep competitive research conduct primary market analysis and drive categorydefining insights that inform product and business strategy.
Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation: Regularly develop databacked content and storytelling that elevates Sprintos brand making us a goto authority in compliance automation.
CustomerCentric Positioning: Partner with Customer Success to leverage realworld customer wins into marketing stories that reinforce our value and drive upsells expansions and advocacy.
Crossfunctional Impact: Work closely with Product Sales and Demand Generation teams to ensure cohesive across all marketing and GTM efforts.
Leadership & Scale: Build and lead a worldclass Product Marketing function that grows alongside Sprintos rapid market expansion.
Some key requirements of the role:
8 years of relevant PMM experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a track record of successfully launching products and influencing market direction.
Strategic thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives and simplify complex topics into clear engaging messaging.
Deep understanding of GTM motions including category creation competitive differentiation and personadriven positioning.
A toptier storyteller who can turn dry technical information into powerful marketing content that moves markets.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and scaling highperforming product marketing teams.
Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Product Demand Gen and Customer Success teams.
